Angel Kiss
Ingredients
3/4 oz of brown Creme de Cacao

Apricot Brandy Sour
Ingredients

 This cocktail will be shaken
 Into a mixing glass.
  Few ice cubes
 1¼ ounce of lemon juice
 1 tea spoon of sugar
 1¼ ounce of Apricot Brandy Meaghers

 Garnish with two cherries on a pick.


Bacardi Cocktail
Ingredients
1 1/4 oz of White Rum (Bacardi)
Ice
1 1/4 oz of lemon juice
1/2 oz of grenadine syrup

Pour all the ingredients directly in the glass


Banana Mama
Ingredients
1 oz of Creme de Bananes
1/2 oz of Brown Rum
1/2 oz of White Rum
Ice
2 to 3 oz of pineapple juice
2 to 3 fresh or frozen strawberries
1/2 oz of coconut syrup

Garnishes
2 straws

Instructions
Use a blender. Add in all ingredients and select the maximum speed setting.

Variation: Serve the Banana Mama on crushed ice.


Beefeater Cocktail
Ingredients

Use a Pilsner glass and pour
directly into this glass:

3 ounces of cranberry juice
3 ounces of orange Juice
Few ice cubes
½ ounce of Crème de banana Meaghers
½ ounce of Apricot Brandy Meaghers
1¼ ounce of dry gin: Beefeater
Garnish with: half orange slice and
half lemon slice, cherry on a pick
+ 2 straws

Bronx Cocktail
Ingredients

1/4 oz of White Vermouth
1/4 oz of Red Vermouth
1 1/4 oz of dry gin
Ice
1 1/4 oz of orange juice

Instructions
Place a few ice cubes in the blender glass. Pour in the ingredients and, with the bar spoon, stir the cocktail. Cover with the a strainer and empty into the glass.

Champagne Cocktail
Ingredients
1/4 oz of cognac or Grand Marnier
Champagne or sparkling wine
1/2 teaspoon of instant dissolving sugar (fruit sugar) or one sugar cube
2 drops of Angostura Bitters

Pour the cognac (or the Grand Marnier) in the glass. Add the sugar and the Angostura Bitters. Squeeze a lemon zest over the glass. Fill with champagne


Clover Club
Ingredients
1 1/4 oz of dry gin
1 1/4 oz of lemon juice

1/2 oz of grenadine syrup

Pour all the ingredients in the mixing glass, add a few ice cubes. Cover with the metal shaker and shake vigorously to get a foamy cocktail. Strain into a sour glass.


Coco Cognac
Ingredients
1 oz of brown Creme de Cacao or Coffee Liquor
1 oz of cognac or brandy
3 oz of milk
Ice

2 straws
nutmeg by request

Instructions
Pour all the ingredients in the mixing glass, add a few ice cubes. Cover with the metal shaker and shake vigorously to get a foamy cocktail. Strain into a Zombie glass (disco version) or a snifter glass (classic version).

Note : By request, nutmeg can be sprinkled on the cocktail.

1 1/4 oz of spirit or fine liqueur (choose your favorite)
1 1/4 oz of lemon juice
Ice
1 teaspoon of instant dissolving sugar (fruit sugar)
Club Soda

Gibson
Ingredients
2 1/2 oz of dry gin (or Vodka)
1 drop of White Vermouth

Put a few ice cubes in the mixing glass. Pour all the ingredients and stir a few times with the bar spoon. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. The gibson looks exactly like an extra dry martini, with the lemon zest replaced with a small sour onion.

Variation: replace the dry gin with vodka (Vodka Gibson).
